Get in touch with our Wedding Consultant, who will assist you with all your wedding F&B requirements.
During this process , we will guide, advise & share with you the what’s best, based on experience & recommendations.

With a Culinary team that has been serving more then a thousand guests & events, there’re no palate that we can’t impress.
The Operation team,  experts in set up, layouts, floor plans and more, will be able to ensure a seamless flow for your event.

Meeting

During our meet up, we will be covering the details of your wedding such as theme, preferred decor, menus and more.

We will also be sharing alot about our previous wedding events and recommendations too. This will help you have a better understanding on our wedding packages. This includes drafting up a quotation for your review.

Food Tasting

Once the quotation & menu has been finalized, we will then proceed with a food tasting. This will be held at your warm home for you and your family to enjoy!

During this period, you will also provide us with the necessary feedback on the food. Deposit will be collected, and confirmation will take place.

Lets go for a Site Recce!

Site Recce

One of the important components of having a successful wedding. Here, on site is where we discuss on the layout, pre-set up and tear down plan.

We will also discuss on the placement of the Buffet Line , Reception Table, Wedding Arch and meet up with you Point of Contact. Reason being , it is important to have a efficient flow of guest to avoid congestions or over crowding in one area.

A draft floor-plan will then be issued for the Main event day.

Wedding Setup

This is when it gets Physical. We encourage our clients to allow us to set up a day prior, as this will avoid the “un-glamorous” moment when our vehicles , set up crews and equipment are moving around the wedding ground on your event day.

Our team will also do a final check on the layout and event agenda to ensure that all is on track.

Once all is good to go, you go get married!
