With the recent efforts by the Singapore Health Promotion Board (HPB), in promoting healthier food & a healthier lifestyle, we at Catering Culture has taken the steps to ensure that Eating well doesn’t have to be complicated or confusing. Understanding the building blocks of food and calculating the energy your body needs is a great place to start.
Our healthy menus and methods of cooking has been meticulously curated to ensure that each meal is prepared in accordance to the HPB guideline. Food items that ranges from Low Fat Coconut Milk which is used for that aromatic Nasi Lemak, to freshly marinated, Oven Baked Tender & Juicy Skinless Chicken Thigh for your menu! We have also options for whole grain noodles, rice and more.

Our central kitchen are routinely serviced, and our team are well trained & equipped with proper food handling attire. Catering Culture abides strictly by the rules & regulations set by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) , in maintaining a healthy portfolio with them, thus building a trusty bond between our customers.
From the arrival of fresh produce to the hot flaming wok all items are carefully handled, inspected and selected for the quality that you deserve. Our vehicles are also regularly checked & cleaned to ensure that transportation of the meals are constantly in a hygienic environment, until you receive it.
