    • No Minimum is required if a Buffet (with Setup) is ordered as the main
    • If No Buffet is order, please enquire with our consultant



    • Full Set Disposables, Serviettes and Garbage Bags will be provided
    • Food best consumed within 3 hours upon delivery (Based on SFA Guidelines)
    • Please ensure that a Point-of-Contact is contactable at all times (not in silent mode, in a meeting) during the delivery –
      this is to ensure an open and reliable communications link between the client and the delivery personnel. Eatz will not
      be held responsible if there is any failure in communications.
    • Payment is strictly Cash-on-Delivery or PayNow paid beforehand before the event. Cheques should be crossed and payable to “eatz Catering Services Pte Ltd”.



    • Delivery Charge & Set Up Fee $70 ($74.90 w/ GST) (Waived for above $1,000)
    • Please allow ±30 minutes grace from the “ready time” for unforeseen circumstances (traffic jams, parking problems,
      etc). eatz Catering Services will not be held responsible for such instances.
    • For districts starting with 61, 62 & 63, 69, 70 & 71, additional surcharge of $10.00 applies.
    • For Jurong Islands, additional surcharge of $20.00 applies.
    • For deliveries to CBD districts an additional surcharge of $10.00 per delivery applies (for ERP & Parking Charges).
    • For deliveries before 8:30am and after 7pm, an additional $40 applies. For earlier deliveries, please contact our
      consultants for advice – this is subjected to availability



    • The management reserves the right to change the items on the menu without prior notice (e.g., for non-availability
      of raw materials or late arrival of supplier’s stock) – should there be such changes, the client cannot seek compensation.
    • For cancellations in writing more than 48hrs before the event: 10% cancellation charge applies. Less Than 48hrs: 25%
      . Less than 24hrs: 100% charge
    • Eatz Catering does not cater to special dietary needs (e.g. no peanuts, gluten-free, diary-free products) due to
      operational and supplier limitations. Eatz Catering, its employees and its agents, will not/cannot be held liable if there
      are any serious health consequences.
    • All prices are subject to prevailing GST charges: 7%
